Master of Law UZH (lic.iur.) Member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Association. Andreas Oberle studied at the University of Zurich and holds a degree in law. After graduating, he worked for one of the leading international consulting firms for several years. In 2001 he opened his own law office. His activity is mainly in the support of companies in the legal field. Many of his clients operate in an international environment. He has been supporting SBI as a legal adviser since the company moved to Switzerland in 2004. Since 2019 he is acting as Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of SBI International Holdings AG.

Zeev Hoshen has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business Administration from “Touro College” and a completion certificate from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.Zeev Hoshen is a certified Accountant in Israel.Before joining SBI International Holdings AG, Zeev Hoshen served as a director of the provident and pension funds department at the Israeli Tax Authority, as chairman of the Pension & Capital market division at the “Histadrut” – The General Federation of Labour in Israel, as chairman of the Economy and Finance division at the “Histadrut”, and in a variety of management and consulting positions. Since 2019, Zeev Hoshen has served as the Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of SBI International Holdings AG and as a member of the management of Shikun and Binui Group.

Asi Cohen Haelion is a Graduate of the Ono Academic College in Israel, with a B.A. degree in Accounting, and he is a Certified Public Accountant with the Ministry of Justice Israel.He joined the SBI group in 2011 as the Deputy Financial Director at RCC Nigeria.In August 2013, he was appointed as the Financial Director of the SBI Uganda branch. In July 2022 he was appointed as the Chief Finance Officer of SBI International Holdings AG and as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Asi Cohen Haelion is also a Director in several other companies of the SBI group.

Member of the Swiss Board of Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a member of the Swiss auditors’ profession – EXPERTsuisse, and a member of the US Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.John started his professional career in the UK working in a professional service firm in the City of London. Initially, he worked in audit and general Accounting, and Consulting, and later specialized in Fraud prevention and Forensic Investigation. He moved to Switzerland, where he worked at two leading global international Consulting firms for twenty years. Thereafter, he worked as a CFO at a financial service entity and subsequently set up an international Boutique consulting company where he is the Managing director. John joined the Board of Directors of SBI International Holdings AG as a non-Executive Director on January 1, 2023.
